AdvancePro, best known as a powerful inventory & order management software that synchronizes with QuickBooks accounting software, have introduced a breakthrough Remote Sales Force module that is allowing their customers to use AdvancePro to its fullest extent while giving their Sales Reps the ability to remotely place orders and access their client related information. Some other feature highlights include providing Sales Reps with a Login in to a password protected, secure website where they can place orders for their assigned accounts. Sales Reps can now be at a customer`s site, at their hotel ; in fact anywhere with an internet connection; and can place orders that will be downloaded directly into AdvancePro through a simple synchronize function.
“We have designed a module that will allow our users to deploy their Sales Force into the field and allow them access to an order entry system that caters specifically to each of their accounts, with each specific customer`s unique pricing and product catalog. This eliminates the need for the small to medium sized business owner to spend countless wasted hours on re-entering orders received from Sale Reps out in the filed, or located remotely, be it nationally or internationally” said Hayley Jossel, AdvanceWare Solutions, Inc’s President. The Remote Sales Reps module is exciting news for AdvancePro users as is the fact that AdvancePro utilizes Microsoft’s .NET technology to achieve this functionality.
