What computer hardware/software do I need?

600 megahertz (MHz) Pentium III-compatible or faster processor

- 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor highly recommended

192 megabytes (MB) of RAM or more

- 512 megabytes (MB) or more highly recommended

CD ROM with 32 bit driver

Laptops must be connected to their default monitors

Windows 2000, 2003 or XP with Service Pack 2

- Windows Installer 3.1 or later is recommended

At least 256 color SVGA video.

Minimum 800x600 resolution with normal fonts of 96 dpi, 1024x768 recommended

Works with any printer supported by Windows

If you will be using QuickBooks Synchronization, QB 2002 or more required.

Multiple-user version: Network required.

- 1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM or more recommended for multi-user server version

- If Network is a Workgroup, a static IP address must be assigned to each computer

- If Network is a Domain, the IP addresses can be dynamic

* We strongly discourage Win 98 under any circumstance
