Objective:  
 Choctaw Management Services Enterprise, a contracting firm that is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma - the third largest Indian tribe. CMSE's revenue contributes to the economic development of Southeast Oklahoma and provides jobs for members of the Choctaw Nation and other Native American groups. Their objective was to control their inventory and distribution of various goods to Government bases, both locally in the US and Internationally.

Solution:
 We implemented AdvancePro 2003- 5-user software. This allowed their logistics, order entry and project management team to communicate through one central system. Below is a letter from Joe Merrill, the deputy program manager.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line about how pleased we are with AdvancePro. As you know I found your program after spending weeks looking for an easy to use inventory software for our company. I was very frustrated with the other companies assumptions that everyone knew all the industry terms and processes. I couldn't figure out half the features much less train our warehouse and users.  

After testing AdvancePro I was thrilled with the easy to use interface and especially the down to earth language. Your companies willingness to work within our budget and dedication to making this work has been nothing but professional. Our companies unique demands have all been more than met.

Inventory and supplies went from a daily frustration (for both our customers, warehouse and main office) to something that is seldom discussed. That means its working. Our customers, all of which are overseas, have written many times to express how happy they are with our new system. You have really made me look good.

Your software continues to impress with all the checks and balances as built in features. Many of them are processes I was unaware of. AdvancePro was very well thought out.
